The service
XSoundCloud is an online SoundCloud converter that lets you download publicly available SoundCloud audio as MP3, WAV or FLAC files, save cover art and load playlists. The service is provided for personal, non-commercial use.
Not affiliated with SoundCloud
SoundCloud is a trademark of SoundCloud Global Limited & Co. KG. XSoundCloud is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by SoundCloud.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for what you download. Only download music you have the right to keep, such as your own uploads, tracks the artist offers for free, Creative Commons music or content you have permission to use. Downloading copyrighted music without permission may break the law where you live.
Acceptable use
When using XSoundCloud, you agree not to:
- Redistribute, sell or publicly share files you don't have the rights to.
- Use bots, scripts or automated tools to send large numbers of requests.
- Try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the service.
- Use the service for anything illegal.
Supporter pass
- The Supporter pass is a one-time payment made through Ko-fi. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically.
- A $3 pass lasts 30 days and an $8 pass lasts 3 months, starting from the moment your payment is confirmed.
- Your pass is linked to the email address you paid with on Ko-fi.
- If you have a problem with your pass or payment, email [email protected] and we'll look into it.
Availability
We work hard to keep XSoundCloud fast and reliable, but we can't guarantee it will always be available. Some tracks can't be downloaded at all, such as private tracks, region-blocked songs and 30-second Go+ previews. We may change, limit or stop features at any time.
No warranty
XSoundCloud is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the content of the tracks you download or for how you use them.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, XSoundCloud is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your Supporter pass, if any.
Copyright concerns
We only process publicly available streams and don't host music files. If you are a rights holder and have a concern about how the service is used, email [email protected] with the details and we'll respond promptly.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. By continuing to use XSoundCloud, you accept the updated terms.
